After the Rain

Golden Light at the Denver Botanic Gardens

Sylvie’s session was scheduled on a beautiful summer evening at the Botanic Gardens. Just as Colorado weather sometimes does, it threw us for a loop with a thunderstorm rolling through right before our session. While we debated about rescheduling, it looked like the storm was going to clear and the sky might open up. We were able to go ahead with the session, and the rain left behind fresh color in all of the flowers and a golden sky. We followed the light throughout the gardens as sunset started to greet us.
